The Pirate Ship

The pictures show the early stages in the construction of this ship. The completed ship (which consisted of a front section which protruded fron the front of the stage) is shown in the firt picture in the second gallery.

The ship had an extended life - featuring firstly in a production of the "Pirates of Penzance" at the Kenton Theatre before being passed on to another production!
